Refund Policy

Beevelop (hereinafter "Company") establishes and discloses the following refund policy to protect user rights and provide a reasonable refund process in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act.


Article 1 (Purpose)

This Refund Policy establishes the standards and procedures for refunds of services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)

This Refund Policy applies to the following services provided by the Company:

  1. Case Management System (Client Slot Purchase)
  2. Online Lecture Service (Including Individual Lectures and Series)

Article 4 (Case Management System Refund)

  1. Refundable Conditions

    • Within 14 days of client slot purchase
    • No clients registered to the purchased slots
    • Both conditions must be met for a full refund
  2. Non-refundable Conditions

    • More than 14 days after purchase
    • If even one client is registered to purchased slots
    • Free Plan is not eligible for refund

Article 5 (Online Lecture Refund)

  1. Refundable Conditions

    • Within 14 days of purchase
    • Lecture has not been viewed at all
    • Both conditions must be met for a full refund
  2. Non-refundable Conditions

    • More than 14 days after purchase (regardless of viewing)
    • If the lecture has been viewed even once (including clicking play)
    • For series products, if even one included lecture has been viewed
  3. Enrollment Period

    • If you need an enrollment period extension instead of a refund, please contact us separately.

Article 6 (Common Non-refundable Reasons)

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  1. Failure to meet the refund conditions set in Articles 4 and 5
  2. Violation of Terms of Service or applicable laws
  3. Service use restricted due to user's fault
  4. Refund requested after membership withdrawal

Article 10 (Policy Changes)

This Refund Policy is effective from February 8, 2026.
