Terms of Service

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Beevelop (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the SuperBee service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the following services provided by the Company:

    • Case Management System: Counseling case recording, management, AI-based analysis and report generation
    • Online Lectures: Counseling education content streaming service
    • Live Workshops: Real-time video lecture (Zoom) enrollment and participation, plus post-session recording access
  2. "User" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

  3. "Member" refers to a user who has registered by providing personal information.

  4. "Client Slot" refers to the unit of clients that can be managed in the Case Management System.

  5. "Content" refers to all information including online lecture videos and materials provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.

  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.

  3. When Terms are amended, the Company will notify changes and effective date at least 7 days prior. For changes unfavorable to users, notification will be given at least 30 days prior.

  4. Users who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw.

Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and the Company's individual service terms and policies.


Chapter 2. Service Agreement

Article 5 (Formation of Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts the application.

  2. The Company may reject membership or terminate the agreement in the following cases:

    • Use of another person's information
    • Registration of false information
    • Previous loss of membership status
    • Failure to meet other requirements set by the Company

Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)

Members may view and modify their personal information at any time through the account settings. The Company is not responsible for disadvantages arising from failure to update information.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Disqualification)

  1. Members may request withdrawal at any time through the Service, and the Company will process it immediately.

  2. The Company may restrict or suspend membership in the following cases:

    • Registration of false information
    • Interference with other users' service use
    • Activities prohibited by law or these Terms
    • Sharing or transferring accounts to others
  3. Upon withdrawal, rights to purchased paid services are extinguished, except as provided in the Refund Policy.


Chapter 3. Service Use

Article 8 (Service Provision)

  1. The Company provides the following services:

    • Case Management System: Counseling case recording, management, AI-based analysis and report generation
    • Online Lecture Service: Counseling education video content
  2. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 9 (Service Use Restrictions)

The Company may restrict service use in the following cases:

  1. Intentional interference with service operations
  2. Activities contrary to public order and morals
  3. Actions that damage others' reputation or cause disadvantage
  4. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of information obtained through the Service
  5. Violation of applicable laws or conditions set by the Company

Chapter 4. Paid Services

Article 10 (Case Management System)

  1. The Case Management System is provided through one-time payment (permanent license) based on client slots.

  2. Free Plan

    • Basic case management features are available.
    • Up to 3 clients can be managed.
  3. Paid Plans (Pro / Max)

    • Additional client slots can be purchased to expand the number of manageable clients.
    • One-time payment provides permanent access.
    • Premium features including AI-based analysis and report generation are available.
  4. Purchased client slots may be refunded according to the Refund Policy.

Article 11 (Online Lecture Service)

  1. Lecture Purchase

    • Online lectures can be purchased individually or as a series (bundle).
    • The price of each lecture is specified on the purchase page.
    • All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  2. Enrollment Period

    • Enrollment periods may vary by lecture and are specified on the purchase page.
    • The enrollment period begins automatically upon payment completion.
    • Unlimited repeated viewing is available within the enrollment period.
  3. Content Protection

    • All lecture content is protected by copyright law.
    • Recording, capturing, downloading, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or sharing lecture videos is strictly prohibited.
    • Violations may result in legal liability and immediate suspension of service use.

Article 12 (Payment)

  1. Payment for paid services is processed through payment methods designated by the Company.

  2. Available payment methods include:

    • Credit/Debit cards
    • Easy payment (Toss Pay, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, etc.)
    • International payment (international card payment)
  3. All payment amounts include Value Added Tax (VAT).


Chapter 5. User Obligations

Article 13 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  1. Registering false information during signup or modification
  2. Using another person's information
  3. Unauthorized modification of information posted by the Company
  4. Infringement of intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  5. Using the Service for commercial purposes or allowing third parties to use it
  6. Sharing, transferring, or lending accounts to others
  7. Recording, capturing, downloading, reproducing, distributing, or transmitting lecture content

Article 14 (Copyright Ownership)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for content produced by the Company within the Service belong to the Company.

  2. Users may not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior consent from the Company.


Chapter 6. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Article 15 (Company's Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or service facility failures.

  2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.

  3. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of results generated by AI-based features. AI-generated results should be used as reference only, and final judgment and responsibility lie with the user.

Article 16 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.

  2. Disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.


Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect from February 8, 2026.
